Dr. Susan DeBlack began DeBlack Eye Care Center in 2006. She was joined by Dr. Sarah Davis in 2013.  In 2020 our clinic joined forces with Dr. Leigh Cox and her staff at Cox Eye Care to form Conway Family Eye Care.  Together, we will be able to expand our services and provide an even higher level of eye care.  Our experienced doctors and staff offer comprehensive vision examinations and specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide array of eye diseases, conditions, and problems.
